When "No" Doesn't Mean "No"

Just a day after Kremlin asset and pathological liar Donald "Rump" Trump pretended to correct a statement at his disgraceful Helsinki kowtow to Russian thug Vladimir Putin, Rump was asked a question today if he thought the Russians were still targeting the U.S. with cyber attacks. He clearly said "no,"  as you can hear for yourselves:

Later, press spokesliar Sarah "Smoky Eyes" Sanders implausibly claimed that he was saying "no" to more questions, despite the fact that he continued talking. It all depends on what the meaning of "no" is, would wouldn't you say?
