Trump Judge Orders White House To Restore Acosta's Press Pass

So, the judge took a hard pass at the White (Supremacist) House's sketchy arguments in taking away CNN's Jim Acosta's hard pass press access:
CNN and the Trump administration were in court over reporter Jim Acosta’s “hard pass” access to the White House on Friday morning, and it didn’t go so well for Team Trump. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly has temporarily reinstated Acosta’s press pass while the larger issues in the case continue to be litigated.
Kelly, a Trump appointee, cited a lack of due process in the decision to strip Acosta’s press pass, as well as the use of a doctored video to justify the action against Acosta.
Today’s decision is just a temporary injunction while the larger legal issues are fought out in court.  (our emphasis)
This is a sure- fire loser for those mini- Goebbels, who'd be smart to drop the case quickly rather than continue the fight in the courts.  Therefore, it will continue in the courts.

I hate to speculate much but you are right about letting it go. In Trumpers mind he probably thinks the Supremes will side with him. Expect anything with these slugs.

One Fly -- never having to admit you're wrong is a feature of Trump's narcissism. They'll pursue, but it's hard to rebut that Acosta was denied due process.
