The White (Supremacist) House has cancelled the annual Christmas party for the press corps that covers them. Neo-fascist sociopath and Individual-1 Donald "Rump" Trump has had a bad few weeks, with the mid-term blue tsunami, and the multiple problems on the legal front, starting with Michael Cohen's conviction on felonies that Individual-1 ordered. He blames the "enemy of the people" for many of his self-inflicted problems, and stood with Prince Bone Saw over journalist Jamal Khashoggi, so to par-tay with them would only increase his dyspepsia.
It's a good time to ask, as we do concerning the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner, why the press is hanging out, swigging cocktails and making merry with the people they're supposed to be challenging and holding to account? This is another "tradition" that should go by the wayside.
