Public Increasingly Blames Trump for Shutdown

Demagogue and unhinged fraudster Donald "Rump" Trump (a.k.a. Individual 1) is losing support among voters over his Government shutdown which he instigated over his manhood compensator wall which Mexico was supposed to pay for. His lie-filled address recitation of his tweets last night attempting to blame Dems for the shutdown didn't change any opinions. The three most recent polls analyzed by Five-Thirty-Eight indicate that Rump has dropped 4 points, with between 47% and 51% of the public blaming him for the shutdown (that he's bragged he'd take credit for).

Dems need to be absolutely firm in their opposition to Rump's folly. If they don't, every time he wants something and can't have it, he'll shut the Government down and wait the Dems out. This is all about a monstrously stupid campaign promise that he made to his cult, and which his Rethuglican Senate will have around their necks going into 2020.
