Nadler About To Launch Subpoenas

With House Dems expecting Trump's Attorney General and John Goodman stunt double William "Low" Barr to let tomorrow's deadline slide for producing the unredacted Mueller investigative report, a vote by the House Judiciary Committee on subpoenaing the full report is scheduled for Wednesday. Last Friday, Barr tried to slow walk Congress again by saying that a redacted report would be provided to them in mid-April.

It's also noteworthy that House Judiciary Committee chair Rep. Jerry Nadler has other Trump co-conspirators in his sights with subpoenas:
"The panel will also vote to authorize subpoenas related to a number of President Donald Trump’s former top advisers, including strategist Steve Bannon, Communications Director Hope Hicks, Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, White House Counsel Donald McGahn and counsel Ann Donaldson. Donaldson served as McGahn’s chief of staff before both left the administration.

The five were probably key witnesses in Mueller’s probe of possible obstruction of justice. The meeting notice says they 'may have received documents from the White House relevant to the special counsel investigation, or their outside counsel may have, waiving applicable privileges under the law.' The subpoenas would be related to documents where executive privilege was waived 'and related matters,' the notice says."
(our emphasis)
Last month, Chairman Nadler sent document requests to 81 Trump co-conspirators, including the above cited people, regarding a range of possible crimes including obstruction of justice, and abuse of power. He's a man on a mission and focused like a laser on not only the details in the Mueller report, but on the shady, unethical behavior of the Trump crew.
