Trump's Anxiety Over Redacted Mueller Report

The redacted Mueller investigation report is due Thursday, with the expectation being that demagogue Donald "Not Exonerated" Trump's defense lawyer William "Low" Barr will redact significant amounts of the report, guaranteeing an automatic subpoena from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler to release an unredacted copy. It's no coincidence that the House of Representatives is out of session until April 29. At this point, it's all about the stall for Barr and his client: release as little as possible, fight the inevitable subpoena, delay, delay, etc.

Interestingly, Trump seems anxious about what the redacted report will say, given his manic tweeting yesterday attacking the investigation. He's joined in that anxiety by current and former members of the White (Supremacist) House staff who were interviewed under oath by Mueller's investigators, and who now fear the wrath of Trump if their names pop up in ways that embarrass or undermine Trump. Former White (Supremacist) House general counsel Don McGahn is believed to have provided the Mueller team with the most detailed accounts of Trump's attempts to obstruct the Russiagate investigation, so if McGahn is prominently quoted in the redacted report, expect a fusillade of tweets from Trump attacking him.
