He doesn't need "pre-briefs" because of his delusion that he's a Very Stable Genius who is smarter than his briefers, but more to the point, he has his own personal agenda to push on these calls, not the nation's agenda. That's why you'll never see the interpreters' notes from his tête-à-têtes with thug Vladimir Putin or murderous tyrant Kim Jong Un, among many others. Indeed, when meeting with Putin on the side at the Helsinki summit and at the Hamburg G-20 meeting in 2017, Trump refused to make the notes public (at Hamburg, he literally grabbed the interpreter's notes).
As for his lusted-after, grifting daughter Ivanka "Baby" Trump, she, her husband and her disgraceful brothers have monetized their nepotism, for example with her using her White "Supremacist" House position to win trademarks for her shoddy products from a Chinese government eager to gain leverage over Trump. She's certainly not discussing foreign policy on these calls. It's also worth noting that Baby and her husband failed a security background check, but were given one by daddy, and is one of the last people he should be handing the phone to.
