Schiff Bashers Linked To Giuliani's Thugs

There's a ridiculous censure resolution that House Rethuglicans were pushing today against House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, expressing faux outrage over a satiric rendition that Schiff gave of Russian asset and con artist Donald "The Chosen One" Trump's infamous shakedown call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Schiff had used gangster terms for his satiric summary of the call, something that was too close to the bone for Trump's bootlickers in the House. The resolution will go nowhere*, and was simply another kowtow to their lawbreaking leader, who is in a rage against Chairman Schiff over the impeachment inquiry.

Among the multitude of sanctimonious hypocrites signing on the the resolution are (and we didn't make up his name) Rep. Lloyd Smucker (Trumper-PA) and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (Trumper-PA). As disclosed recently, their problem is that they are the recipients of campaign contributions from shady thug Igor (Igor Shrek) Fruman, an associate of equally shady Trump villain and bungling bag man Rudy "Rudy Colludey" Giuliani. To disguise his total contribution of $2,500, Fruman illegally contributed under the alias "Igor Furman," a campaign finance violation.

Fruman and his sidekick Lev (Lev Shrek) Parnas were arrested two weeks ago at Dulles International Airport with one-way tickets to Vienna, Austria and charged with campaign finance violations. Both have business connections to fugitive Ukrainian pro-Russian oligarch Dmytro Firtash, who is linked to Russian organized crime, and who they were flying to meet. As our post below notes, Parnas in particular has closer ties to the Trump crime operation than previously known.

What would one bet that Smucker and Fitzpatrick aren't the only two Rethugs that have received dirty money from these thugs?  The rot among that party runs wide and deep.
