Multiple news outlets are reporting that the corrupt Trump Organization is exploring selling the lease rights to their infamous Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C The hotel is the subject of lawsuits by the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia arguing that corrupt con man Donald "Impeachable Me" Trump is profiting from the hotel in violation of the emolument clause of the Constitution. The hotel receives income predominantly from foreign heads of state and diplomatic delegations, who know that their stay there will curry favor with Trump by enriching him.
A three judge appeals court panel made up of Republican appointees dismissed the suits brought by Maryland and DC this past summer, and the full Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear a retrial on December 12.
Attempting to explain their sudden interest in unloading the lease, idiot Trump spawn Eric Trump said,
“People are objecting to us making so much money on the hotel, and therefore we may be willing to sell.”Right, you're making soooo much money on the hotel, you want to sell it. It couldn't be that it's become a legal liability to your corrupt father, or, more likely, that you see the 2020 election handwriting on the wall and see those corrupt foreign potentates taking their bribes elsewhere in the aftermath.

The state of New Jersey is seeking to revoke the liquor license for one of President Trump’s golf clubs — a rare and potentially damaging punishment, triggered by a 2015 case in which state officials said the Trump club overserved alcohol to a man who then caused a fatal wreck. [snip]
If the club’s liquor license is revoked, that would be a blow for the Colts Neck course, near the Jersey Shore. The club could lose significant revenue from the two restaurants and a bar it operates for members, and find it hard to attract banquets or golf tournaments from outsiders.
But for Trump, the potential damage is greater than that.
We'll drink to that!Under New Jersey law, anyone who has one liquor license revoked must also give up all their other liquor licenses for two years. Trump has two other New Jersey golf clubs, including one in Bedminster that he uses as a summer White House.

Let it all burn down. As Trump wants to bring down our democracy, I want everything he owns to blow up, from hotels to bank accounts to his properties and businesses. I want him buried, his family, his cronies, everything he's put his dirty little mitts on.

donnah -- Once he's removed / voted out, his exposure to a range of Federal and state criminal charges (tax & wire fraud, money laundering, campaign finance violations, etc. etc.) should go a long way to achieving just that.
