Majority Want Trump Removed

You can't fool all of the people all of the time:
Seventy percent of Americans said President Donald Trump was wrong to pressure Ukraine’s leader to pursue probes into his political opponents, according to a new survey, and more than half of respondents indicated he should be removed from office.

An ABC News/Ipsos poll published Monday found that 51 percent of those surveyed believed Trump should be impeached by House lawmakers, as well as convicted by the Senate. Six percent said that while Trump’s actions were wrong and that he should be impeached, he should not be ousted by the Senate.  [snip]

The Ipsos poll, conducted Nov. 16-17, was randomized and included a sample of 506 adults nationwide. The margin of error is plus or minus 4.8 percentage points.  (our emphasis)
Another week of testimony further implicating dimbulb crime family boss Donald "The Dumb Don" Trump in the Ukraine extortion/ bribery scandal lies ahead, plus more Republican conspiracy mongering and dumbfuckery on a national stage.

Moving forward, the larger narrative Democrats need to paint should involve the notion that Trump so far has escaped any consequences for his actions involving Russia's meddling on his behalf in 2016.  Therefore, his continued brazen disregard for the law and norms, evidenced by his making the Ukraine extortion call the day after Mueller finished testifying about Russia's meddling, mean that if he's not held to account in this cut- and- dried case of abuse of power, extortion and bribery in an effort to once again sabotage our elections, he'll believe he's never going to be held to account, no matter what abuses he and his rotted- out party commit between now and November 2020.

That's why this is so dangerous, and why the Republican talking point about "don't impeach, leave it to the voters" is a forerunner to more rampant, democracy- destroying cheating.  That's the danger that needs to be hit over and over again.
