Sad spawn of theocratic hack Mike "Uncle Huck" Huckabee, Sarah "Huckster" Sanders never met a lie she didn't utter, particularly if it's in defense of her Dear Leader, neo-fascist mental case Donald "Mango Mussolini" Trump. Appearing this morning on Trump's morning Romper Room, Huckster took a page from the authoritarian handbook that they've been using at the White (Supremacist) House for the past three years when she said:
"You know, I can't think of anything dumber than allowing Congress to take over our foreign policy. They can't seem to manage to get much of anything done. I think the last thing we want to do is push powers into Congress' hands and take them away from the president. [snip] The last thing I want to do is see them take power away from President Trump and put it into their own hands. I don't think anything could be worse for America than that."
It's understandable that Huckster confuses "foreign policy" with waging war, since that's a common neo-fascist error. Also, you can bet your life that if this were President Hillary Clinton, Huckster's oily hair would be on fire denouncing "imperial Hillary". "Pushing powers into Congress' hands" from a delusional autocrat is exactly what we should be doing under the Constitution when it comes to war, especially when someone as unfit and unstable as Trump occupies the Oval Office. That's something that is worse for America, infinitely worse, as we see every day.
