The non- partisan U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has just issued its legal decision on the withholding of aid to Ukraine last year. Their summary legal conclusion is in the Digest paragraph (click to enlarge). The full 9- page report is here (pdf).
"Therefore we conclude that OMB violated the ICA (Impoundment Control Act)." Seems like some people need to be held accountable for this, right?! Like trials, or an impeachment or something something? Also, the phrase "Faithful execution of the law" reflects the Presidential oath of office that the GAO is pointedly noting fraudster Donald "Rump" Trump violated.
