Angry right-wing religious bigot Franklin Graham is having trouble holding on to venues in the UK for an upcoming tour, after protests from LGBTQ groups have protested the intolerant hypocrite. Graham, who never met a culture war issue he didn't embrace, is a very vocal supporter of serial sexual predator, fraudster and pathological liar Donald "Two Corinthians" Trump.
Despite Graham's threats to sue them, entertainment venues in Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham and London, among other sites, have cancelled Graham's appearances over his extreme political views, homophobia and religious intolerance:
"Many said statements Graham had made were incompatible with their values, and that his appearance would be divisive, could be disruptive or lead to a breach of the peace.When Graham has fellow Bible thumpers in the UK backing off from him, you know it won't go well for the bile-spewing preacher. Religious bigotry may have some fragile international boundaries after all.
Graham has long been a controversial figure, viewed by many, including some British evangelicals, as homophobic, Islamophobic, and politically extreme. His attempt to force venues to allow him to appear came as a group of evangelical Christians in the UK wrote a letter to the Guardian saying they were unwilling to support his tour." (our emphasis)
