At first glance, it appears to be a field of sunflowers, but it's Indian security forces marching this week in New Delhi in their ceremonial headgear.
Coincidentally, yesterday violence flared up in the Jammu region of disputed Kashmir, when insurgents opened fire on police and were killed. The simmering conflict has gone on as far back as the 1947 partition of India and Pakistan, and shows no signs of improving.
