QOTD: Moral Degenerate

Earlier today on CNN, historian Douglas Brinkley noted the number of senior military officers who are speaking out against draft dodging demagogue Donald "Bone Spurs" Trump:
What is unique here, these are people that know Donald Trump well, saying he’s unfit for command,” Brinkley said. “[Ret. Adm. William McRaven] is perhaps the greatest Navy SEAL in U.S. history, and he’s saying I feel embarrassed for our children that we’re allowing a president like Donald Trump to run shotgun over the U.S. armed forces. [snip]

"We have never had something like this, they’re saying the character of President Trump is unfit, that he’s a moral degenerate,” he said. “Gen. Kelly who knows him well being White House chief of staff, famously said, ‘If I leave… this president is going to be impeached.’ Meaning he doesn’t understand limits of executive power, he’s going to abuse his power.”
Former National Security Agency and CIA director Gen. (ret.) Michael HaydenGen. (ret.) Stanley McChrystal, and Gen. (ret.) Barry McCaffrey among others less well known have also blasted Trump's manifest unfitness for command, adding to the unprecedented number who have publicly slammed Trump.

In their best-selling book "A Very Stable Genius: Donald J. Trump's Testing of America," Phillip Rucker and Carol Leonnig reported on a meeting at the Pentagon in the summer of 2017, when Trump raged against his top military command calling them "dopes and babies," which famously prompted an angry then-Secretary of State Rex "Rexxon" Tillerson to call Trump a "fucking moron" after the meeting broke up.

They all knew he was an idiot, unfit to serve and they said nothing. They are complicit and they bear much if the blame for his surge in power and control. Nobody had the guts to speak out and their cowardice has cost us everything. No one should profit from telling on him now. No books, no paid speeches, no money for the cowards.
