A stormtrumper with apparent issues, his arm covered in tattoos, points his weapon at an unarmed woman in Portland. That's outrageous and criminal.
It's a maxim among the military and legitimate law enforcement that you always assume a gun is loaded, you don't point it at anything you don't intend to shoot, and keep your finger on the safety and off the trigger.
