From 2015 to 2017, Mitch McConnell refused to seat any of Obama’s 100+ federal judges. Then he raced to fill them after Trump was elected. They did the same with Merrick Garland’s seat.

I blame the media on this nonsense. I would instruct Biden and Harris to replay to questions about adding judges by saying, “Why don't you ask Mitch McConnell? He's been doing it for years.”

donnah -- agreed. The media (in this case, a half-page article in the Washington Post this morning) wants to flog this as "Why won't they answer our questions?" Meanwhile, court-packing by Moscow Mitch continues with nary a peep, except perhaps quiet admiration for his "skill" at screwing democratic norms.
