Narcissistic demagogue and impeached election loser Donald "COVID Donnie" Trump liked to have the press in the Oval Office when he signed Executive Orders, holding court as if he were a monarch signing royal proclamations. Most of his Executive Orders were expressions of his bigotry (Muslim ban), xenophobia (mass deportations), and ignorance (climate change). Some were meaningless acts meant to confuse the public (his "protection" of pre-existing conditions). As one of his first acts as President, President-elect Joe Biden will sign executive orders reversing those that Trump ostentatiously signed:
"He will rejoin the Paris climate accords, according to those close to his campaign and commitments he has made in recent months, and he will reverse President Trump’s withdrawal from the World Health Organization. He will repeal the ban on almost all travel from some Muslim-majority countries, and he will reinstate the program allowing “dreamers,” who were brought to the United States illegally as children, to remain in the country, according to people familiar with his plans."
This news is sure to rankle Trump endlessly. After all, his clownish interpretation of Article II of the Constitution was that he could do anything, and that anything he did would be carved in stone. This is only the beginning of reversing the damage he's done.

Clearly, Trump should have included a "no take-backs" clause in his executive orders.
I wonder if Biden has to go one for one and issue a series of EOs. Or can he just use the Cousin Vinnie gambit: "Everything that guy just did is bullshit. I hereby undo every EO he signed."

He HAS to have people around him to show that HE is in the spotlight .
