Forewarned, But Not Forearmed [UPDATED]

From our post last Saturday:

"The D.C. Metropolitan Police, the U.S. Park Police, and Capitol Police will have their hands full dealing with potentially armed bands of delusional wingers trying to occupy the streets of D.C., the National Mall and the U.S. Capitol. They better be prepared and as tough as they were against peaceful Black Lives Matter protesters in D.C. last June when they cleared the streets for Trump's Bible farce.

Too bad they can't arrest the corrupt, vile instigator in the Oval Office for incitement to riot." (our emphasis)

The Seditionist-In-Chief and unstable demagogue told his dangerous cult to come to Washington, DC today for weeks, saying "it'll be wild." It's hard to imagine a clearer warning to officials and law enforcement that his riot today would be coming, and to prepare. They weren't, not by the longest shot, and heads need to roll after this mass act of insurrection, sedition and destruction.

UPDATE: The FBI is asking for tips on the identities of the rioters who invaded the Capitol. Social media, along with surveillance footage and televised reports, must be used to identify and arrest the insurrectionists.

(photo: A seditionist Trump thug puts his foot up on Speaker Pelosi's desk. This photo should lead to his arrest. Here's the upshot: he bragged about it on social media and was ID'ed)

All the speakers that incited the crowd, including Trump, should be prosecuted but, unfortunately, I won't be surprised if this all gets swept under the stinking carpet.

Stealing government property, isn't that a felony?
