Here are the senators who voted against confirming Avril Haines as Biden's DNI. I've checked those who also participated in the Jan. 6 sedition.

If you were waiting on an apology from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), don't hold your breath:

Don't get snowed by fake GOP outrage about Biden's criticism of right wing extremism. It's a sucker's game, a bad-faith effort to redefine "unity" as agreeing to absolve Republicans from blame for enabling Trump and his attack on our country. My latest:https://t.co/XnoEaQQ1bf

So far, Democrats have exerted a fair amount of spine and confidence in moving the country away from Trumpism. We moved the balance in the House and Senate and we got Biden elected. Already, Biden and his team are moving forward but the Republicans will whine, cry, and sabotage any progress we try to make. Mitch will hold onto as much power as he can.
ReplyDeleteWe must shut them down. We have to encourage, even demand our representatives stand up to the threats and whines and posers who think that they are still in charge.
The time to fight is not over. We've only just begun.
