The bad news: He's only showing mild symptoms so far.
This, too: In a humanitarian gesture, Israel reportedly paid Russia some $1.2 million to provide the Assad regime with vaccine doses, something that the Assad regime denies. At least 1,000 Syrians have died from the virus.
