We're all familiar with the deep and sincere "concern" that most major corporate leaders have for their employees' health and wellness. The COVID-19 pandemic which Dear Leader failed to competently confront and mitigate has caused a rethinking of working at home vs. the old model of collecting under one roof in endless bull pens. Corporations that can pivot and provide flexibility to their employees are far more likely to succeed.

Corporations that continue to offer work-from-home will be in a good position to attract the best workers from those that don't. There's already a pattern emerging of employees quitting rather than submit to demands that they return to offices and those miserable commutes.
Infidel -- That's right. The best workers will be attracted to corporations that adjust to their needs and lifestyle.Those corporations that remain rigid will suffer.
