Today's Tomorrow Cartoon: What Gun Problem?

You'll never hear gun humpers cite the first half of the Second Amendment, which reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State."  After the American Revolution, the Framers didn't want (nor could they afford) to have a professional standing army. Instead, they provided for "well regulated" State militias (like today's National Guard) to be armed and ready to repel foreign invaders.

That's a far cry from today, where gun humpers, who are not part of any regulated State militia, stockpile weapons meant for use by professional soldiers, and which are capable of mass murder in seconds.
