The December issue of the Trumpist rag Newsmax Magazine chose Russian autocratic thug for its cover, dubbing him "Vlad the Great," and calling him the "leader of the world." Reportedly, although the article inside also describes him as "evil and cunning," Vlad will be happy that one of the former guy's favorite media outlets gave him such a fawning makeover as the global czar. And just after getting warned by President Biden not to invade Ukraine or face severe, crippling sanctions.
The fact that this pro-Russian, Trump-worshiping rightwing rag is open about their admiration for the sawed-off Russian thug at a time of peril for the West over Putin's aggressive designs says all you need to know about the far-right here in this country.
