A Superior Court judge in Delaware has ruled that Dominion Voting Systems' defamation lawsuit against the right-wing propaganda machine Fox "News" may continue, after denying Fox's request for dismissal. The ruling clears the way for Dominion to engage in discovery, seeking internal Fox documents and other communications to support their case that the pro-Trump network defamed them by suggesting that their voting machines were rigged to favor President Biden. The judge found that despite information provided by Dominion that their machines weren't switching votes,
"....Fox and its news personnel continued to report Dominion purported connection to the election fraud claims without also reporting on Dominion's emails ... Given that Fox apparently refused to report contrary evidence, including evidence from the Department of Justice, the Complaint's allegations support the reasonable inference that Fox intended to keep Dominion's side of the story out of the narrative."
Fox propagandists Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Jeanine Pirro and their on-air guests Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and the pillow guy Mike Lindell regularly spread the lie that the voting machines provided by Dominion were switching votes from their cult leader to Biden, which has been disproven any number of times. The latter three also have been sued by Dominion for billions of dollars for defamation.
