Tracking Down The Insurrectionists: Another "Proud Boy" Link

The Justice Department announced the arrest and charging of two seditionist rioters who stormed the Capitol on January 6 with multiple counts of civil disorder, assault and impeding the police from the performance of their duties. Ronald Loehrke of Gainesville, GA and James Haffner of Pennington Co., South Dakota were also in contact before and during the insurrection with white nationalist Proud Boys' leader Ethan Nordean, who has also been charged separately for his role in the January 6 insurrection.

According to the Justice Department's complaint:

"Prior to Jan. 6, the court documents state, [Loehrkeengaged in text-message communications with Ethan Nordean, also of Seattle, a member of the Proud Boys organization who is charged separately in relation to the events of Jan. 6. In one text, Nordean told Loehrke that he wanted him on 'the front line' with him. Loehrke responded with 'Sounds good man,' and indicated that he would bring others with him. Additionally, prior to Jan. 6, according to court documents, Loehrke was in contact on repeated occasions with a cellphone that has been linked to Haffner. Nordean has been indicted on conspiracy and other federal charges."  (our emphasis)

What's significant in the charges isn't the actions of these two delusional right wing goons, but the latest evidence that the right-wing brown shirt Proud Boys organization was involved in a conspiracy leading up to and including January 6. That organization, asked by malignant con man and cult leader Donald "Sore Loser" Trump to "stand back and stand by" during the first Presidential debate, took his words to heart and showed up at his behest to violently oppose the certification of President Biden's election. They need to be taken down like the criminal organization that they are.

Take some time to look over the FBI's photos of the rioters who have yet to be arrested.
