A new poll by Quinnipiac University indicates that a majority of Republicans -- 52% -- agree with former Vice President Mike "Fly Guy" Pence that he lacked the authority to overturn the 2020 election results. Only 36% remain in their delusional bubble with the Malignant Loser:
"According to polling by Quinnipiac University released on Wednesday, 52% of Republicans said they side more with Pence than Trump, while just 36% said the opposite.
More broadly, 72% of voters say they side with Pence, with 93% of Democrats and 74% of self-identified independents saying the same."
The lie that Pence could simply disallow legitimate electoral college certifications that he disagreed with in his ministerial role as President of the Senate was part of the Malignant Loser's "Big Lie," the false claim that the election was "stolen" from him as a result of massive voter fraud. It was on that basis that the Malignant Loser and his cult believed Pence could reject the electoral results from swing states that had voted for President Biden as "fraudulent." Perhaps reality and the truth are starting to slowly penetrate the cult of personality around the Malignant Loser.
BONUS: Then there's this report that Republican Senators avoided Trump while at a fundraiser for Senate candidates held 3 miles from Merde-o'-Lardo.
