"A dictator bent on rebuilding an empire will never erase a people's
love for liberty... For God's sake, this man cannot remain in
power." -- President Biden today in Warsaw, Poland, ending his 4-day trip to Europe by referring to war criminal Vladimir Putin (video at link). This is a reversal of the administration's earlier position on regime change in Russia. It's a BFD.
UPDATE: The White House (an anonymous "official") "clarifies" his remarks by saying he wasn't calling for "regime change." For such an important speech, the President can't go off script in that way. Either the remark stands, or it shouldn't have been made at all. Message discipline.
