The lease for the Malignant Loser's shameful and tacky hotel in Washington, D.C., has been purchased by a Miami investment fund for the inflated price of $375 million -- well beyond what the property value is -- following approval by the Federal Government's General Services Administration. The investors plan on turning the property into a Waldorf Astoria hotel.
Despite the hotel losing money from the day the Malignant Loser took office because of his toxic brand, it became a center for foreign officials and domestic hustlers to demonstrate their loyalty to the Malignant Loser in his "quid pro quo" style of operating. MAGA morons willing and able to pay the hotel's overinflated prices saw it as a shrine to their cult leader. However, the hotel is part of an investigation into the Trump Organization's business dealings by, among others, the New York State Attorney General's office, which is looking into how the Malignant Loser won the lease with his fraudulent financial statements, as determined by his former accounting firm Mazars.
