In a clear reaction to the fact that Russia's invasion of Ukraine has been a disaster, Russian thug and war criminal Vladimir Putin appointed a new commander for the failed effort. Gen. Aleksandr Dvornikov will assume overall command, having experience in leading Russia's scorched earth campaign in Syria.
We would hope that Putin would dispatch Dvornikov to the front lines in Ukraine to assess the situation personally, where 18 generals or commanders have met their demise at the hands of Ukrainian defenders.
