After a couple of months letting it slowly twist in the wind, DirecTV today cut the far-right Trumpist propaganda channel from its network after its contract expired. The satellite TV provider had informed OAN's owner Herring Networks, Inc., in January that its contract would not be renewed, a significant blow since DirecTV was a major outlet for OAN propaganda. A simple "This Channel Is No Longer Available" greeted Trump cultists when they tried to tune in today.
Perhaps related to DirecTV's decision is the $1 billion lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems against OAN, which falsely and continually claimed that the Malignant Loser was defrauded by its voting machines in the 2020 election. OAN aggressively pushed the Big Lie that the 2020 election was rigged against the Malignant Loser, and featured his toadies and enablers as regular guests.

But they also ADDED "Fox Nation" to their lineup on the very same day OAN was dropped.
Also, you did know that AT&T, who owns DirecTv, were the largest financial backers of OAN, right?
Just FYI.
KE Rd -- that's good to know. Thanks!
