You'll be noticing over the coming days and weeks that Republicans are doing their best to focus attention on the leaking of the majority draft that would overturn Roe v. Wade and Casey. Their reason for doing that is evident: the coming decision will be unpopular with a majority of Americans, and it will drive Dems and Independents to the polls in November and beyond to register their disagreement with the ruling. Right-wing Trumpists like Sens. Josh Hawley, Marsha Blackburn, and "Little" Marco Rubio have cynically tweeted their displeasure with the leaker, knowing that they were caught on their back foot on an unpopular issue. Yes, the Republicans have economic and bogus social issues that they'll exploit for November, they just didn't want to speak to an unpopular Court ruling.
Their expectation was to wait until the Court issued the stunningly reactionary ruling in a couple of months, meanwhile allowing time in the interim for Republicans and their Christofascist partners to prepare a plan and responses anticipating voter disapproval before 2022 campaigns got underway. That won't happen now, and for once the rug's been pulled out from under them.
Whatever campaign the Dems and women's health advocates pursue, they should not only remind voters of the immediate impact of such a ruling, but the clear message radical Samuel Alito conveyed that other rulings by the SCOTUS that were thought to be "settled law" are now vulnerable with this reactionary Trumpist Court.

UPDATE III: The Washington Post falls heavily for the Republican spin. It's bold headline this morning:
