Raffensberger Testifies In Trump's "Find Me Votes" Case

With intensifying legal action in New York State and live Congressional January 6 Committee hearings about to be broadcast drawing the most attention, it may be the Fulton County, GA special grand jury that may hook the Malignant Loser first for everything from election fraud to racketeering over his "find me 11,780 votes."  Georgia's re-elected Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger is testifying today under subpoena on the infamous phone call from the Malignant Loser after losing the 2020 vote in Georgia, and perhaps more leading up to the call.

Raffensberger and his staff refused the lawless Malignant Loser's demand that they falsify the election results, earning his enmity and vengeance, which played out unsuccessfully last month when Raffensberger won the Republican nomination for his job. Five other staff with direct knowledge of the Malignant Loser's efforts were also subpoenaed by the grand jury to answer questions in the investigation. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has the audio recording of the Malignant Loser's demand, and will be nailing down the criminal intent piece of it with the aid of the witnesses' testimony.

One signs that the Malignant Loser sees the Georgia case as a quickly looming threat is that he's been firing off attacks recently on Willis, a pattern he's followed throughout his brief life in public office. Of course, an innocent man would welcome an investigation, and even cooperate with one, knowing that his innocence would be proven. His "consciousness of guilt" is there for everyone to see, in Georgia and everywhere he's being pursued by the law.
