Judge: Lindsey Graham Can't Avoid Testifying (UPDATED)

Trump's towel boy and spineless ass kisser Sen. Lindsey "Huckleberry" Graham was deep in the effort to pressure Georgia officials to flip the 2020 election to his cult leader. In phone calls to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Graham is alleged to have asked him to review / reject absentee ballots, which the Trump campaign believed to be leaning Democratic.

The Fulton County, GA, grand jury which has been investigating the Malignant Loser's efforts to undermine and change the 2020 election results issued a subpoena for Graham to testify about his role. Naturally, Graham has been trying to quash the subpoena to avoid spilling the goods on his vindictive cult leader. Sadly for Huckleberry, a Federal District judge Leigh Martin May rejected his attempt to avoid testifying, saying in part:

"'Even assuming the high-ranking official doctrine applies to Senator Graham under these circumstances, the District Attorney has nevertheless satisfied the 'extraordinary circumstances' standard. First, Senator Graham has unique personal knowledge about the substance and circumstances of the phone calls with Georgia election officials, as well as the logistics of setting them up and his actions afterward. And though other Georgia election officials were allegedly present on these calls and have made public statements about the substance of those conversations, Senator Graham has largely (and indeed publicly) disputed their characterizations of the nature of the calls and what was said and implied.'" (our emphasis)

We anticipate Graham to appeal the decision, rather than give his version -- under oath -- to the grand jury and risk alienating his cult leader. His behavior is reflective of that of the lawless, mentally unfit authoritarian he's enabling, whom he once famously called a "kook" and "unfit for office."

UPDATE:  The Malignant Loser's flop-sweating mouthpiece Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani has been notified through his attorneys that he's the target of a criminal investigation for election interference in Georgia.  ("Lock him up!  Lock him up!")
