It bears repeating that the Malignant Loser refused to answer the questions posed by the New York State Attorney General's office yesterday, in their civil case investigation into his fraudulent business dealings. Instead, he pleaded the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination over, and over, and over, nearly 450 times. His lawyers were wise to advise him to do so, knowing him as a pathological liar whose words could be used against him in separate criminal probes.
