Another normal day in America:
It remains unclear how many people were in the store at the time of the incident, which came less than two days before Thanksgiving. Walmart said on Twitter early Wednesday that it was working closely with law enforcement and “focused on supporting our associates.” The store will remain closed as the investigation continues, police said.
Days after the slaughter in Colorado Springs, gun violence tallies more victims. It's the seventh mass shooting in the past week, and the 31st in November.

A question about the Colorado shooting.
Since it was done by an individual who had shown erratic and dangerous behavior (threatening to kill mother with a bomb?) that police had been called on and knew about plus Colorado has a red flag law which enables police to take weapons away from dangerous people but the county sheriff has publicly stated before this that he would NOT enforce red flag law does that give grounds for sueing sheriff personally for some liability in his refusal to enforce a law that may havee prevent these murders?
anynameleft -- a good question, and something that you would expect to be pursued by one or more of the families affected.
