QOTD -- "Not Another Penny" For Ukraine Says Greene

“The only border they care about is Ukraine, not America’s southern border.  Under Republicans, not another penny will go to Ukraine. Our country comes first. They don’t care about our border or our people.” -- fascist Georgia submoron Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, at a Malignant Loser Republican rally in Sioux City, Iowa, yesterday.  The loon, who's been touted as a potential running mate (!!) with the Malignant Loser in 2024, and her fellow authoritarian-minded loons in her party's rising Putin caucus, should have her remarks put in Democratic ads in New York (149,000 Ukrainian Americans), Pennsylvania (122,000), California (83,000), New Jersey (74,000), and Illinois (48,000) to let those voters in particular know what the stakes are when you vote Republican.  In fact, it would do well to highlight her words in ads across the country, for voters who value freedom and democracy here and abroad to absorb.  Hopefully Democrats still know how to practice politics.  (our emphasis)

Like most isolationists, Marjoreene is oblivious to the historically-proven fact that it's much cheaper to stop an expansionist dictator when he's starting out rather than to leave the problem for later when he's grown stronger and emboldened by early successes. And, of course, she doesn't care about saving democracy in Europe because she doesn't much care about it here.

Remember when we thought Dan Quayle was as bad as it could get? Innocent days.

Back in the day who could have known Dan Quayle would end up saving American democracy, at least for a couple years.

Infidel / Mart -- We continue to be appalled at the present and potentially future "leaders" of the GQP leading their braying base further and further into the anti- democracy swamp. Yeah, Quayle is a regular James Madison compared to the current coup crop.

Probably too late for an ad buy now. The democrat's are very concerned though. That'll have to do.

Seafury -- digital and social media ads can be done quickly and placed within 24 hours.

Hopefully they open the purse strings and get the word out. Maybe it will reach the right ears

In Stalin’s days, people like her were called useful idiots. In her case, she’s certainly an idiot but her usefulness might be questionable.

Anon -- it could make the difference in PA and in House districts elsewhere. The need to act.
Richard -- true!
