Rick Scott's Unerring Wrongness

Now that the mid- term elections are finally over, let's take a look at the predictions of Nosferatu's clone (Sen. Rick Scott (Sedition-FL)), chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.  As the Washington Post points out, his tenure can be judged against his own election predictions, which turned out to be, like his candidates, a steaming pile of elephant dung:

Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.), the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, predicted several weeks ago that the GOP would take “52-plus” seats in the Senate after the midterm elections. After the conclusion of the Senate runoff in Georgia, his predictions have turned out to be almost entirely wrong.

“Herschel Walker will win Georgia,” Scott told CNN’s “State of the Union” in October, about a week before the midterm elections. “We’re going to keep all 21 of ours. [Mehmet] Oz is going to win against [John] Fetterman in Pennsylvania. And Adam Laxalt will win in Nevada. But I think we have every reason to believe we can pick up with Blake Masters in Arizona. … I think Don Bolduc [in New Hampshire] has every reason [to] believe he’s going to win. But we have got shots in — with Tiffany Smiley in Washington, Joe O’Dea in Colorado, Leora Levy in Connecticut.”

“This is our year,” he added.

Every.  Republican.  Candidate.  Mentioned.  Above.  Lost.

So, it was your year ... to stink up the place.  May you be around to bring the stink in 2024, too, Nosferatu clone!
