"Same answer." -- The Malignant Loser, in his August 10, 2022, deposition in New York Attorney General Leticia James' civil fraud investigation, invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self- incrimination more than 400 times. It's significant because a jury in a civil case can make adverse inferences about someone taking the Fifth. Anyone with a clear conscience who hadn't committed false and misleading statements would have no problem answering that or any of the other questions to which the Malignant Loser took the Fifth, right?
