In a poll released earlier this week by Gallup, Russia's "favorability" rating has hit a low of 9% (but shockingly high considering their war crimes in Ukraine). That's the lowest since 1989 when the Soviet Union still existed. On the other hand, Ukraine's favorability is up to 68%, with 56% saying the war in Ukraine launched by Russia is in our national interest.
The poll numbers are at odds with both the Malignant Loser and his copycat nemesis Gov. Ron "Bootsie / Meatball Ron" DeSantis' pro-Putin / cut Ukraine off stances, which appeal to the fascist right they represent, along with Reps. Matt "Teen Spirit" Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor "Traitor" Greene, and Russian state TV star Tovarich Tucker Carlson among other fifth columnists. MAGA fifth columnists see Russia as an ally, particularly after their role in electing the Malignant Loser and lifting up far right cultural causes in Russia like discrimination against the LGBTQ community, and advancing right-wing autocracies around the world.
