Fulton Co. Indictments Likely In August

The lengthy investigation into the Malignant Loser's obvious attempt to defraud the voters in Georgia by demanding that Georgia election officials to "find" him 11,780 votes may wrap up in August. Fulton Co. District Attorney Fani Willis' investigation involves multiple targets including the Malignant Loser, and expanded into investigating his pressure on Georgia legislators to present a fake slate of electors on his behalf. From the Associated Press account:

"Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis sent a letter Thursday sent a letter to county Superior Court Chief Judge Ural Glanville indicating that she plans to have much of her staff work remotely for most days during the first three weeks of August and asking that judges not schedule trials and in-person hearings during part of that time. [snip]

Willis last month wrote local law enforcement leaders advising them that she intended to announce charging decisions in the case between July 11 and Sept. 1. Thursday’s letter seems to narrow that window. In the earlier letters she advised law enforcement to prepare for 'heightened security,' noting that the announcement of charges 'may provoke a significant public reaction.'  [snip]

Willis noted that most judges will be attending an annual state judicial conference from July 31 to Aug. 4, and she asked that they not schedule trials or in-person hearings the weeks of Aug. 7 and Aug. 14." (our emphasis)

Willis is rightfully concerned about security for her staff and herself, given the Malignant Loser's reckless smearing of judges, prosecutors and juries that have tried cases against him. His recent trials in New York City for falsifying business records and fraud, and sexual assault and defamation only brought out a handful of his cult to demonstrate. The situation in Georgia is more friendly to the Malignant Loser regarding demonstrations that, if he urges them on, would quickly turn violent.

The length of time it's taken suggests to legal analysts that Willis has been successful in flipping a number of witnesses to testify against the Malignant Loser and his enablers like the corrupt, disgraced sexual abuser Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani. Willis is reported to be considering racketeering (RICO) charges against the group, in addition to election fraud and obstruction. Stay tuned.
