This unearthly picture is of the New York City skyline just before 3:00 p.m. EDT today. Smoke from the wildfires in eastern Canada is covering much of the eastern United States, and creating hazardous air quality in parts of the northeast US. New York City had the worst air quality in the world today.
Put on your N95 masks! Better yet, stay indoors!

Wow- i did not know it was that bad. That can kill a person. Definitely wear a 95 mask if you can. I survived an event like this out here in Utah and it almost killed me.
