The committee that oversees attorney ethics and conduct for the D.C. Court of Appeals has recommended that disgraced and delusional Trump consigliere Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani be disbarred, stripping him of the right to practice law in the District of Columbia. The D.C. Court of Appeals will now have to made a determination based on the committee's recommendation. From the linked article:
"The finding by the Ad Hoc Hearing Committee for the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility follows lengthy hearings in December, in which Giuliani vehemently defended his decision to challenge the election results based on information that he said he had received at the time.
'He claimed massive election fraud but had no evidence of it,' the three-person committee determined. 'By prosecuting that destructive case, Mr. Giuliani, a sworn officer of the court, forfeited his right to practice law. He should be disbarred.'”
Giuliani is under investigation for his role in the Malignant Loser's false elector scheme, being pursued by the Fulton Co. Georgia prosecutor and by Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith in his investigation of the January 6 seditious coup attempt by the Malignant Loser. Giuliani has also been suspended by the New York state appeals court for his deliberate lies about the 2020 election.
Giuliani has reportedly met last month with the January 6 investigators to answer their questions about his knowledge of the seditious plot. While it raised possibilities that the disgraced hack would cooperate with the Feds, we can't see Giuliani breaking his own code of omertà with his cult leader.
