Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit released their latest album, "Weathervanes," in June. The former Drive-by- Truckers frontman is a gifted songwriter and just happens to be a good progressive (his album "Georgia Blue" was the result of Isbell pledging to record a charity album of Georgia- referenced covers if Joe Biden won Georgia in 2020).
