The Malignant Loser's lusted-after daughter Ivanka Trump is fighting off a subpoena that would require her to testify against her corrupt father in the State of New York's trial against him, his sons and Trump Organization associates for business fraud. Thursday, her lawyers filed last-minute paperwork to quash the subpoena on the grounds that it was improperly served and that she's no longer a resident of New York. Her honest testimony would likely reveal details of the Malignant Loser's fraud against banks and insurance companies, where he made false statements about the values of his properties for financial gain. But if she is compelled to testify, we expect that there'll be a lot of "I don't recall" responses from her. She was dismissed from the fraud case by an appeals court in June over a statute of limitations issue.
Judge Arthur Engoron, whom the Malignant Loser has castigated publicly, will rule on the filing from Ivanka Trump's lawyers, perhaps in a few days. Also, former Trump Organization attorney Michael Cohen is expected to testify on Tuesday, which should bring out the simmering rage in the Malignant Loser when they face each other in court, and Cohen gets his well- deserved revenge.
