The Clown Performs

Despite clear admonitions from New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron in the civil fraud case against the Malignant Loser, he went on a five minute, stream of consciousness rant in a Manhattan courtroom, airing grievances, and declaring his innocence despite the State's well-documented case of fraud against banks and insurance companies.

There had been discussions and deadlines leading up to the closing arguments, with the Judge requiring the Malignant Loser to restrict himself to facts in the case or points of law relevant to the case. The Malignant Loser refused to comply, but at the last minute in the courtroom, his lawyer turned the floor over to him, as the Judge once again admonished him to stick to proper argumentation. Believing himself to be above the law and at a political rally, the Malignant Loser proceeded to violate the judge's rules.

Any judge henceforth that would permit this disturbed demagogue to use a courtroom to launch a political tirade and attacks on prosecutors, the judge, and his political opponents is guilty of judicial malpractice. Over time, the Malignant Loser has proven himself to be a lawless, reckless narcissist who won't respect the judicial process or play by anyone else's rules but his own.
