President Biden commented yesterday about the Malignant Loser's recent statements inviting war criminal Vladimir Putin to invade any NATO nation that doesn't "pay its bills," whatever the ignoramus means by that. Biden was urging the House to pass the aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. Excerpts:
“Can you imagine a former president of United States saying that? The whole world heard it. No other president in our history has ever bowed down to a Russian dictator. Well, let me say this as clearly as I can: I never will. For God’s sake, it’s dumb. It’s shameful. It’s dangerous. It’s un-American. [snip]
Donald Trump looks at this as if it’s a burden. When he looks at NATO, he doesn’t see the alliance that protects America and the world. He sees a protection racket. He doesn’t understand that NATO’s built on fundamental principles of freedom, security and national sovereignty. Because for Trump, principles never matter. Everything is transactional. [snip]
You can be sure that they all cheered when they heard Donald Trump and heard what he said. I know this: I will not walk away. I can’t imagine any other president walking away. For as long as I’m president, if [Russian leader Vladimir] Putin attacks a NATO ally, the United States will defend every inch of NATO territory.” (our emphasis)
This contrast must be regularly emphasized: freedom vs. dictatorship, the free West vs. imperial Russia, a strong Biden vs. a bowing Trump. The Malignant Loser thinks and speaks in the language of a crime boss: witnesses testifying against him are "rats," an alliance is a protection racket, as if NATO countries pay us to protect them. The Malignant Loser is a supremely dangerous menace to our national security and our relationships with our allies, whom he disparages while praising the likes of Putin and Kim Jong Un. His cult either doesn't grasp the danger he poses, or is fine with it, along with our enemies.
