It's not the first time Republicans have declined to pass bipartisan border legislation. And, of course, it's not just "border security." You may recall Republicans' decade- long efforts to kill the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") and deny health care to millions of struggling Americans -- because it would have given President Obama an historic victory. It's permutations of Cleek's Law, over and over again.
