The Malignant Loser In "Panic Mode"

As surety bond providers reject the Malignant Loser's request to cover his massive $464 million judgement against him for business fraud, he's reported to be in "panic mode" as next Monday's deadline approaches. New York Attorney General Letitia James is eyeing various accounts and properties that could be seized by the State to satisfy the judgement, and has said she'll take whatever means through the court to enforce it. Raw Story reports that CNN covered the situation last night:

"CNN's Kaitlan Collins said Tuesday that the former president was 'counting on [the Chubb Corporation]' to bail him out with the damages he owes after his civil fraud trial, just as it did when it supplied assurances for the $91 million bond after he was found liable for defaming New York columnist E. Jean Carroll.

Collins said she learned from sources close to Trump that, as Monday's deadline approaches, 'panic mode is setting in.'

Chubb had been 'actively negotiating' with Trump and his co-defendants, according to a statement released by Trump Organization's lawyer Alan Garten and reported by CNBC. Then, 'within the past week,' Chubb changed its direction and 'notified defendants that it could not accept real property as collateral.'” (our emphasis)

The Malignant Loser's assets aren't all that he'd lose. His narcissistic ego is wrapped up in his real estate properties, and the blow he'd take in having any of them seized would be severe:

"Collins learned that Trump is also worried about how it will look to the public if he fails to pay up what he owes.

'I'm told that Trump himself has become increasingly concerned about the optics that that March 25 deadline could bring given he is someone who has long tied his identity to his wealth, and he could find himself confronting a real financial crisis in just a matter of days,' she said."  (our emphasis)

His deranged and violent rhetoric at his rallies is a symptom of the desperation he must feel as he sees any path narrowing. Of course, there's likely behind the scenes conversations taking place with foreign entities to gauge their willingness to provide money for the bond, a national security threat that should concern patriotic Americans...none of whom are loyal MAGAts.
