Sparky provides a dose of reality as the faint praise of the late Joe Lieberman starts to fade in the broken media. On health care issues, he was a vote for the insurance industry and against struggling Americans. Despite his disloyalty in the 2008 election, Dems allowed him to retain his cushy committee assignments.
His latest role, which he seemed to relish, was as a potential spoiler with the organization "No Labels," a front for traditional corporate Republicans who wouldn't have a problem with drawing votes from President Biden and electing the Malignant Loser. Quite a guy, with a lasting impact.
